Welcome to the APE lab blog! Here, you'll be able to find out more information about projects being conducted in the APE lab written by the students who are working on these projects.
The purpose of this blog is two-fold. Primarily, this blog allows my undergraduate students the opportunity to talk about the independent research projects that they have been working hard on over the course of many semesters. As we do not always have the opportunity to widely discuss the projects that students are working on between the demands of the semester, classes, outside obligations, and conference timelines, I wanted to make sure that these students are given the approproate space to talk about all of the amazing things that they are doing in the lab.
But, this blog also gives outsiders (family, friends, potential research assistants) the ability to hear about what my students are doing from the students themselves. I can talk about all the things my students are learning, and how these things apply to the jobs and gradaute schools they are interested in, but sometimes it just resonnates more to hear these things firsthand from the students themselves.
So, regardless of why you're here, we're happy to have you! Hopefully, you learn some cool things about the psychological research that we do in the APE lab and how my students are doing in the lab.
Stay curious my friends!
